Milk contains calcium which as we all know is important for maintaining strong bones and healthy teeth. Fun fact! The average dairy cow produces 6 gallons of milk per day. At the Coffee Cottage we offer several different varieties of milk. Half & half, 2%, Skim, Almond and Soy.
Half & half contains 315 calories, 28g fat, 10 carbs and 7g protein per cup. 2% has 130 calories, 5g fat and 12 carbs and 8 g protein. Skim contains 90 calories, 0g fat, 13 carbs and 8g protein. Now if dairy doesn't agree with you, we've still got you covered. Organic Soy milk is available and has 90 calories, 3g fat, 9 carbs and 7g protein. Almond milk has become increasingly popular over the past few years and contains 60 calories, 2g fat, 8 carbs and 1 g protein. All of our fabulous lattes, mochas, chai tea's, and smoothies can be made using any of these milks. The dairy case at the grocery store sure has changed quite a bit over the past several years.
Some people are plain latte, black coffee drinkin folks. But, sometimes it's nice to mix a little flavor in for fun! When looking to cut back we have a wide variety of sugar free syrups, low calorie Fit Frappe's, 100% crushed fruit smoothies, and two sugar free chai tea's to choose from.
